Booking Agreement & Salon Policies

Before proceeding with your booking, please review and accept our policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience at La Rosée Nail Bar.

Appointments, Cancellations & Payments

Appointments: We recommend booking in advance, but walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
Please note that your appointment time secures your spot in line, but it does not guarantee your service will begin exactly at that time. While we strive to stay on schedule, delays may occur due to extended services for prior clients. We appreciate your patience and will serve you as close to your appointment time as possible.
Late Arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is allowed; after that, your appointment may be considered a walk-in or rescheduled based on availability.
Cancellations & No-Shows: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for the next appointment.
Payments: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Gratuity: Tips are appreciated but not required.

Service Satisfaction & Refund Policy

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any services.
Service Corrections: Service Corrections: If your nails chip, peel, or have any defects within 3 days of your appointment, please bring your receipt and return for a complimentary fix.
This policy applies only to gel polish and other nail enhancements. We do not offer fixes for regular polish once you leave the salon.

Health, Safety & Salon Etiquette

Sanitation: We adhere to strict hygiene protocols for your safety.
Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service.
Children & Guests: Children must be watched and guarded at all times. We are not responsible for unattended children.
